Why isn't this a movie?

I hope they make these trailers into movies or tv shows. We actually see the characters they follow the books. The old tv show failed us all so much. If anybody knows some rich guy/woman that loves the books. Ask him to watch these trailers and make them into a show or movies

If there is ever to be a series or movie for Dresden Files, they should do some shots just for the hat version specifically for the trailer. Though posters only will suffice

Whichever studio made the trailers for Peace Talks and Battle Ground needs a budget like Amazon gave to The Rings of Power to make an actual series. They would do it right

I love this GOATED book series.

This is my second choice for Dresden, only because James Marsters has been the Dresden in my head hor years due to the audiobooks (book three is where he stops reading and starts Narrating). The rest of the cast is perfect and i would love to see this movie/tvshow with this cast.

Just finished the books and Looove this! If they do the new tv show hope they are smart enough to stick to tbe books. No reason at all to change anything. Things like this prove it!

Marcone looks like and English twit instead of a fit Italian mob boss. Thomas is no where near the pretty boy he is in the books. The staff looks like a branch off a tree and not what comes to mind when it comes up in the book. Murphy needs to look way younger not like a 40's something that has been road hard and put up wet. Mister should be maine coon size and not regular tabby cat. If they go this far the acting looks good and should be a great movie.

This is obviously not produced by anyone in Hollywood. The characterizations violate every rule unwritten in Hollywood productions, it is accurate right down to the height of Dresden, and everyone acts superbly.

See this is the proper way to do a TV series of Dresden Files. I honestly thought this was a trailer for a Dresden Files movie. HBO Max should do it or they should do a movie.

Harry looks 20 years older than he should (he is 35 in Peach Talks as far as I remember), and Thomas is a bit too old too. McCoy lacks muscles, I imaged him probably 20-30 kilos heavier. Way better than the TV show though. Justine, Murph are okay. Lara, Marcone are perfect. This is the product I'm willing to pay for. Not just download from torrent, watch, and forget.

These trailers are great- even without Hollywood budget of SFX, I know exactly who each character is and exactly what scene from the books is being portrayed. Get these guys a movie deal!

Why pray, oh why, with all the scrap that is made, why,isn't this a real Full Budgeted Netflix or HBO series?????? it has the fan base, its unique, I just don't understand Hollywood.

I would LOVE a Dresden files tv series, but only a handful of beloved books have been properly adapted. GoT ( they dropped the ball in the end), LotR, maybe his dark materials( I never finished it) ?

I was just thinking....that last scene in the book where apache choppers mow down the fleeing fomor...sure their weapon would probably do jack shit against the titan. But for lesser supernatural folks, its effective. So...I wonder....if usa military, russian, china, all decide to purge the supernatural from their country, what then? Nowadays, we use assault rifle, which is weaker than battle rifle of ww1 So what would happen if humans were to go all out, without nuke, against the supernatural?
